Tracking & Shipping
If you have purchased tracked shipping, then you will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your package has shipped. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into the tracking page.
If you have selected standard shipping then you will be unable to track your package.
Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:
UK SHIPPING: 2 - 3 business days
EU SHIPPING: 5 - 10 business days
REST OF WORLD: 10 - 20 business days
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments if items are stocked at different warehouses. If you receive part of your order, please allow up to 10 business days for the remaining items before contacting us.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
During peak periods, the volume of orders will increase and you may experience delays.
We aim to ship products on, or slightly before, the release date (although this date is subject to change).
Please check the product page for release date information before getting in contact.
If ordered alongside non pre-order products, in some cases (depending on the products) these may be held and shipped together once all items are released. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.
Sometimes your order may arrive in parts as we ship from multiple warehouses. If this happens, we’ll send you a separate dispatch email for each part of your order.
If you have received part of your order, please allow up to 10 business days for the other parts to arrive before getting in contact.
We offer worldwide shipping from the UK, USA, and Europe, unless the product page specifies that the item ships to select countries only.
We always try to ship stock from the closest warehouse to your delivery address. Orders shipped outside of Europe usually arrive within 15 working days. Please allow up to 8 weeks for your item to arrive before contacting the help centre.
We cannot guarantee that customers will not receive any additional import/customs fees. If you are concerned please check our customs charges article or reach out to us via the contact form before your purchase and we will do our best to advise.
If you need to change your contact information or shipping address, contact customer service right after placing your order.
Note that once an order is placed, we cannot make any other changes to it.
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes when it reaches your country. These fees are:

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.
EU Customers:
We are registered under the EU IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) scheme:
Orders under €150: VAT is prepaid, and you should not be charged additional fees.
Orders over €150: VAT and import duties may be due upon delivery.
If you were incorrectly charged customs fees on an order under €150, please contact us via our help centre.
Note: Customs policies vary by country. If you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
If your package wasn't delivered to you directly, please check around your home for a safe location where the carrier may have left it. You can also check with neighbours or building management in case someone collected it for you.
Please also double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation email to ensure it was shipped to the correct address.
Occasionally, a package may be marked as delivered before it actually arrives. If you're unable to locate your package, please contact the carrier or reach out to our team via the contact form for additional assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, replacement, or exchange, as long as the item is:
Unused
In original packaging
In a resaleable condition
Note: Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

If you would like to cancel an order, please get in contact via the form and include your order number and reason for cancellation.
Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has been picked and/or shipped.
If your item is faulty or not as described:
You can request a replacement or full refund within 30 days of receiving it, subject to availability.
If more than 30 days have passed, you may be entitled to a replacement provided it is less than 6 months since your purchase. If that’s not possible, you can request a refund.
When contacting us, please include a photo of both the damaged item and its packaging.
If you're eligible for a refund:
You'll receive the price you paid and standard delivery charges (excludes express/special delivery).
We’ll also cover reasonable return shipping costs (proof may be required).
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
We’ll refund your payment (including standard delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of postage.
Refunds are made using the original payment method.
We may reduce your refund if goods have been used or damaged.
We will offer exchanges on a case by case basis, please reach out to our team via the contact form.
We’re only able to accept returns for items purchased through our online store. In certain cases, we may be able to offer a size exchange, depending on available stock.

We do not accept cash or cheques.
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. Their terms may also apply when using their services.
We use encrypted, secure payment systems to protect your information. For details, see our Privacy Policy. That said, we always recommend using up-to-date antivirus software to protect your personal devices.
Your card or PayPal will be charged at the time you place your order.
If your payment isn’t received but you’ve already received the goods, you must either:
Pay for them within 30 days
Or return them to us in their original condition within 30 days
If we can't charge your card or complete the order, we may contact you or cancel the order.
Most declines (other than for insufficient funds) happen due to incorrect billing address or CVV details. To prevent fraud, our payment processor verifies your street address, ZIP/postal code, and the 3-digit security code on the back of your card.
If your card is declined, don’t worry—your account hasn’t been charged. You might see a temporary “pending” charge, but no funds will be taken.
All promo codes are one time use. To apply a promo or discount code:
• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the discount field.
• Click apply to see your new total before finalising your order.
• Only one code can be used per order.
If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.
General Questions
Product pages include size guides located beside the product description. Please note that sizing may vary by store and artist, so be sure to check the product page for the most accurate size information.
We're delighted to hear that you're interested in connecting directly with the artists whose merchandise we offer. However, we're unable to provide any contact information or pass on any requests.
We recommend reaching out to the artists through their official social media channels, as that's likely the best way to get in touch.
